The room was big size and nicely furnished and with the bathroom, a shower plus ventilation, had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and large and complete with chicken sausages, scrambled eggs plus pastries.

Brilliant place, it was clean and had polite staff especially on the reception desk.

This is a hotel go-to for Kranjska Gora! The property is exceptionally comfortable and fabulous, has superbly friendly staff from waiter. Make sure you stay in the queen room with a balcony facing west.

Everything was amazing, so were absolutely stunning views of the mountains. The staff was caring, efficient. The room was large and nicely furnished with a comfy bed and a shower, a hair dryer, and soft bathrobes in the bathroom. Hot and rich breakfast included fruit and eggs.

Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Tromeja -triple border. Walking distance to souvenir shops and a supermarket across the street.

Had the twin room and it was big and well furnished in your complementary bathrobe. We had fruit and eggs in the morning. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Close to the center of town, ski slopes, village and souvenir shops and restaurants...

The breakfast had a huge variety of food, including local fruit and eggs. Besides, the location was peaceful for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Lake Jasna.

We had a restful and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room size was perfect, and we loved having a balcony to relax on. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the city center and the Summer slope for downhill adventures. The hotel itself was impressive, much better than its previous iteration as the "Old" hotel Kompas. It was also a great starting point for cycling enthusiasts, with lovely cafes just around the corner. The staff was friendly, the dinner was tasty, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The view from the hotel was stunning.

One male staff member was rude when asked about TV remote control. Female staff, two we dealt with, were helpful and cooperative.

The location and facilities for skiing.

The hotel offers great value for money with its spacious and comfortable rooms. The wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony adds to the overall experience. The staff are very kind and attentive, always ready to solve any issues. The breakfast is magnificent, with a wide variety of delicious options.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The location was good, near center of the village, easily accessible.

Too expensive for what it was worth. I would not rate it 4 stars. The food was mediocre. Hotel is old, the decor reminds me of Soviet Union style of hotels, they play absolutely obnoxious pop music all day long in the restaurant, which is filled mostly with retired people or family with kids. No-one thought of changing the radio station or what? Price included entry to the swimming pool, sauna and steam bath. Sadly only swimming pool was open , sauna and steam bath closed. We wanted to have a quiet getaway break instead we had a very noisy week in this overpriced hotel.
